A father of five, Ice Cube was asked by Fresh Air's Terry Gross to provide some perspective on the relationship between his work and his family. When asked whether or not he allowed his children to listen to his music, he responded: "What's worked for me is instilling in my kids a level of self-respect," helping them to understand the content of not just music but the violence found on the evening news. When asked what he tells his children about profanity, he recalled telling his kids that there are "appropriate times to use any kind of language.... Adults should never hear you use these words. If you want to use these words around your friends, that's really on you."[6] Two of Ice Cube's sons are also rappers under the names, OMG and Doughboy. They were featured on his album, I Am the West.
Jackson is also the cousin of rapper Del the Funky Homosapien who started his career writing for Jackson's Group Da Lench Mob. With Cube's help Del released his debut album I Wish My Brother George Was Here when he was only 18.

K.glock is originally from the East side of South Central Los Angeles,California started rapping in the summer of 1991.1992 started making underground tapes slangin them at his high school he attended and thru out the neighborhood he throws up known as the Nortorious Family Sawn Bloods through out the years K.glock made quite few tapes in the early mid and late 90s with artist from diffrent hoods as well.In 1998 K-glock was shot 3 multiple times once even in the chest he survived ofcourse. Through the blessing of his almighty GOD! In 2000 K.glock goes to texas to record a full length album which then he went under the moniker K-rock and da album was entitled Im the one with hit songs as weez about to get high which blew up across the texas airwaves and shows was demanded the shows was all across texas and then k.glock left back to california 2 sell more of this album in local mom and pop stores inglewood and compton swapmeets car/lowrider shows etc.This album sold a lil over5800 copies by foot patrol and concerts and independent stores in compton,ca paramont,ca los angeles,ca inglewood,corpuschristi,tx austin,tx,dallas & houston,tx.In houston itmade number #1 6 weeks straight the song weez about 2 get high produced by trx 4 trx productions.After all the traveling to make sells K.glock got back in the lab to do a nother album but unforntunally it never got out there due 2 incarceration and after release K.glock moved back to Los Angeles to reedeem his place in the underground rap world.But that didnt work out you know how it goes people will pull you down to there level like crabs they didnt want to see K.glock do his thang and he knew & reconized that as well.So around 2004 K.glock went where he knew he could get way more love 4 what he wants to do and everything is southern hospitality that was the move back to texas and get started on a nother album..so through out 04 k.glock worked with gabe of hellbound productions releasing singles on the streets & via net.K.glock also kept doing so hitting the streets with single after singleto reclaim his spot with the new moniker (K.glock) as of 2002...There were many Claiming the moniker Krock so he decided 2 change that and have a real good reason he has that name today..2008 K.glock aka Lil Kapgun Co starred in a dvd documentry called Code Red The Miseducation of the Bloods that actually stars Tripple O.G T.rodgers founder of the Black peace stones Bloods in West L.A and he has been on many documentry and movies such as colors,This dvd is worldwide and was released dec of 2008 thru hoodstories.com.
