DMX is back behind bars ... yet again!
The rapper (real name: Earl Simmons) was arrested on Thursday night (November 18) in Phoenix for violating the terms of his probation, reports Radar Online.
Apparently, X failed to check into his probation officers -- for a previous assault conviction -- as well as other stipulations of his sentence.
According to court docs obtained by the site, the rapper was also cited for use of Oxycontin without a prescription, failing to submit to drug testing, failing to participate in counseling programs, failure to make payments, and driving on a suspended license.
"Mr. Simmons has several felony convictions, and has been given multiple opportunities to succeed on probation," the complaint read. "He has been directed to treatment, as well as chose his own treatment program and continues to use illegal drugs following their opportunities."
DMX is currently being held without bond in Maricopa County.
He is scheduled to appear in court on Wednesday (November 24) for a probation revocation hearing.
